I send my newsletter on Tuesday every 2 weeks. I have a section on what's happening in my life, a section detailing my current WIP, a section of recommended books, limit of three per newsletter, and the last sections are links to promotions I'm part of. My list has grown consistently since February 2023. My emails average 28 clicks on Promos and average 15 clicks on swaps. Your mileage may vary.
