Available in EPUB and MOBI formats. Read on your Kindle, phone, tablet, computer and more

When Ryn's bonded dragon Kivith dies saving strangers, the connection holding their mind together begins to unravel. Bond severance kills within days--the human mind never meant to exist alone. In the Sacred Caverns, waiting for dissolution, Ryn receives an unexpected offer, accept an emergency bond with Eskarith the Ancient, or join Kivith in death. But Eskarith is centuries of winter where Kivith was summer joy. And grasping for survival is not the same as choosing to live.   -- The Severance - Volume 1 is a character-driven High Fantasy novella, first in the 'Mountain Bond' serie exploring grief, transformation, and the courage it takes to open yourself to connection again. Perfect for readers who want dragon bonds of all-consuming intimacy, grief that reshapes the body, and transformation as the price of survival. Content notes: This story contains on-page grief, bond death trauma, and explores themes of identity and healing. Features a gender-fluid protagonist and LGBTQ+ representation.
