I wanted to make a gesture to the 9/11 victims and their surviving families on this 25th Anniversary. But what could I do? I chose to post this story, which carries shadows of that day. I wrote it in 2020, referring to many facets of then-contemporary America… * One man suffers personal disaster overshadowed by the catastrophe at the Towers he loved so much - a reflection of that wider tragedy. My condolences to all those affected by the terrible events I witnessed on live TV, from so far away and in total safety. Andy McKell
