This is a sample of Percy Rose's darker writing from the collection 'Death, Danger and Dark Dreams.' A little darker than the 'Beaufort's Landing' Mystery series, but not as dark as the Noir psychologique 'Death 'N Anarchy' series. Not recommended for bedtime reading.
