Following a nationwide power outage, teenager Seth Wheeler and his family find their home sealed in a protective bubble that provides electricity and food.

Problem is, no one can get in, a lethal plague seethes outside, and if the family goes out, they can never return.

Seth must convince his mother and sister to stay inside the bubble. But in a recurrent nightmare, his deceased father will soon expose the bubble’s secret.
