After waking from a cryogenic sleep gone wrong, an astronaut finds herself alone on a desolate earth where the only survivors are children. All adults have been infected with an alien virus that mutates the human flesh and leaves them changed beyond recognition. Bianca races to discover the cure for this mysterious illness before it consumes the survivors of the human race, herself included.
