Sharing a house with William, a reserved businessman, Henry tries to fulfill his never-ending thirst for knowledge by learning from him from a young age. 

However, his situation is not ideal as the man often disregards Henry's contribution and presence despite his mother, Mary, as the only one whom William is fond of, the only one with some kind of physical relationship with him.

Henry has to find a way around by secretly snooping and self-learning. Talented and curious as he is, he is also fascinated to learn people's motivations and weaknesses to maintain his superiority and to get what he wants.
