Everything bleeds. It's not all crimson though. Fae blood is like dawn's horizon, rose and gold. It shouldn't surprise. There's nothing physically unappealing about them, not even dead in a pool of blood. The corpse looks like a masterpiece; a surrealist drowned Ophelia.

Hunting bounty is a strange business when you dabble in the supernatural…and in this world and in this city that’s what you get. You make deals with the fae, you strike bargains with the werewolves, and you owe a favour to the right kind of vampire…if that’s what it takes to get the job done.
