Alix was built for war — a warrior with a strategic mind, disciplined, controlled, and always in command of himself. But when darkness rises in the North and threatens everything he’s tried to protect, even his strength begins to fracture.

There is only one place he can lay that burden down. And only one being powerful enough to take it from him.

Gaia is not just his goddess — she is the only one capable of breaking him… and remaking him exactly as he needs to be.

Forged by Lightning is a 2,000-word steamy excerpt from the World of Gaia series — mythic dark fantasy blended with high-heat romantasy, where power is exchanged through devotion, control is tested through surrender, and even the strongest men must learn when to yield.

Perfect for readers who crave dominant goddesses, powerful warriors, and a dangerous balance between pain, pleasure, and absolute trust.
