A little apocalypse struck the Huntington Military Academy of Mechanized Cavalry when a teenage girl, Krissy, won the Annual Tournament with her robotic miniature tank, Little Apocalypse. 

That won her and her team scholarships and ended the long history of the Academy being a boys’ only institution.

Not only did she win a fellowship and become a Cadet Commander, but her project was to modify and rebuild a T-34 World War II tank to her own design.
