Clara simply can’t decide. Although she, it seems, is among that rarest of rares: an unlucky witch. 

Catless, with a cracked cauldron, splintery broom handle, and a seldom used, dusty black cape she arrives in the village of Brewster’s Harbor determined to begin a new life.

But luck, good and bad, trails her steps.

And in her new home, she finds not only a fresh set of foibles, frustrations, and angst, but also encounters Eleanor—short of stature, with purposely messy hair, spiky high heels, and attitude—she is, Clara fears, a true Evil Witch.
