Seventeen-year-old Darrenkyis has always known he was different from the other demons, from his lack of interest in haunting, to his love for Myrnah, a psychic he befriended while visiting Earth. He’s kept in touch with her ever since via Ouija board and his yearly trips to Earth every Halloween, the only time adolescent demons can cross through portals on their own.

After finding out that his interest in humanity has to do with far more than his love for Myrnah, Darrenkyis takes off into the human dimension, intent on learning more about what makes him tick. What he instead discovers are secrets that could change his entire future.
