When a man tumbles off his Arizona rooftop and blames two AI mankins in wheelchairs, Sally Forester-Newton finds herself fighting a half-million-dollar lawsuit, a murder investigation, and the kidnapping of her beloved companion Rodney in the five days before Christmas. Attorney Madeline Mahoney arrives to help, a neighborhood full of animals sends an urgent rescue message via spy camera, and a condemned desert castle holds more answers than anyone expected. Rodney's Chaotic Christmas Caper is a whimsical, warmhearted cozy mystery that layers holiday comedy over real stakes, delivering a story that is as funny as it is surprisingly moving.
