CW: Good Guy Gabe is a fairly fluffy opening to a series that will get progressively darker. That being said, this does include a wide range of potentially triggering content surrounding pregnancy, including manipulation with the intent to impregnate and references to stillbirth. There also references to abuse and accidental death of patients of a pediatric surgeon, references to suicide, and mild on-page suicidal ideation. Please be advised.
