University of Petersburg sophomore Michelle Kilpatrick and her friends from the Commuter Lounge are celebrating at the center’s Open House when a fatal accident occurs. With the owner facing a wrongful death lawsuit, Michelle is determined to uncover the truth.
Michelle’s investigation convinces her that the treadmill malfunction was no accident and with Craig Miller’s help, they unravel a web of betrayal and deception. But Michelle soon realizes her plan to reveal the truth could cost her the trust of her friend T.J. Wilson.
Time is running out, and Michelle must choose between risking her friendship with T.J. by telling him the truth or continuing with her plan and hoping he doesn’t find out. Will she be able to solve the crime and save her relationship with T.J.? Or will her quest for justice lead to more heartache?
